They work pretty good. I need something to help me sleep. The gummies help me fall asleep, but I only get 2-3 hours then the pain (neuropathy)wakes me up and I can't get back to sleep. I use the sleep gummies. Grandaddy purple, wedding cake, tutti-fruiti, passion fruit, and other products as well. Stress, recover, relax gummies work great! You just have to be careful getting acclimated to the Delta THC. It can sneak up on you so just be careful and start with a low dose then you can increase as you go.
